MUMBAI: Three weeks after the superstar Rajesh Khanna died, his family has denied the accusations of Anita Advani that she was his long time live-in partner and lover.
The four-page response sent by Choudhary Bheru advocate, lawyer daughter Twinkle said Advani has no legal right to make any claim on the property of the actor. Advani had, through his lawyer Mridula Kadam, sent a legal notice to the actor one day before his death on July 18.
Choudhary and Kadam declined to comment.
Advani had said earlier that was related to the family of a former president of the Philippines and had tried their luck in Bollywood as producer. The 50-year-old had claimed to be next to the actor when he needed someone else. She had played his rights under the Domestic Violence Act can not leave his house in Carter Road, Bandra (W).
