Hyderabad, July 02: A special CBI court on Monday until July 06 reserved its order on a petition by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for permission to interrogate the leader of the Congress Party YSR YS Jaganmohan Ramos in his illegal assets case.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the court heard arguments from both the ED and Jaganmohan Reddy and reserved his orders until 6 July.
Jagan, as the jailed MP from Kadapa is popularly known, filed an opposition to the request for emergency.
He informed the court that he was no longer president or director Jagati Publications and erectile dysfunction could question those appearing on behalf of the company.
Jagati Publications, which publishes 'Sakshi' Telugu daily, had received investments from foreign-based companies in exchange for favors that are distributed by the then government of Jagan's father YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
The emergency Jagan has already booked for the alleged violation of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering Act and Change Management.
ED questioned last week Nimmagadda Prasad entrepreneur, suspended India Administrative Service officer bureaucrat BP Acharya and other KV Brahmananda Reddy Chanchalguda Central Prison here in the same case. .
